David Granshaw is a Grammy nominated engineer, producer and instrumentalist.
Recording from an early age and cutting his teeth as a live sound engineer and touring drummer, David’s preoccupation, both musical and technical ended up drawing him to the recording process. In 2012 he co-founded Chale Abbey Studios on the Isle of Wight, engineering Michael Kiwanuka, Bernhoft, Conor Deasy and The Bees, to name a few, under the wing of producer Paul Butler.
As a musician, producer and engineer he has gone on to work with Fionn Regan, Black Country New Road, Orlando Weeks, Flyte, Insecure Men, Saul Adamczewski, Fenne Lily, Charles Watson, Spencer Cullum’s Coin Collection, Luca Wilding & Champs.
David is currently based on the Isle of Wight, England.
